Our unique Phase 4 process for creating your web site will walk you through the entire procedure from start to finish. During phase 1 we will discuss with you your needs for your Internet presence. We will determine whether or not domain registration is needed and whether or not you have existing web hosting. If needed, we will set you up on a server. The next step in phase 1 is to gather your information (data, graphics, multimedia etc.), discuss marketing strategy/target and interface projections for your new or existing site. In phase 2 we will design the workflow using flowcharts. We will then create a sample interface for your home page. The next step is to review the sample with you and discuss making changes. In phase 3 we will design and develop the site, set up mailboxes and auto responders, etc. We will debug, review with you, and make any changes necessary. Phase 4 is the final and most crucial step in production. It consists of final debugging and live testing online. Only when this is done to perfection, will we then launch the site. Once the site is launched, there will be some post production consulting. This consists of how to access your email accounts, who to contact for support, setting up your ongoing maintenance plan, and answering any other questions that you may have. |
